Ideal candidates must have :
- Must possess practical estimating, engineering experience, and estimating techniques by interpreting computerized cost data and systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC, Refrigeration, & Energy Management systems and installation is a must.
- Must have a driver’s license and good driving record.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 4 - 6 years of experience as a Construction Estimator, Construction Coordinator, or Project Manager or in a related area. General Contractor experience or supermarket refrigeration construction is a plus.
- Experience using FastEST and PlanSwift, or any other estimation software is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
